As a Listing Assistant, you will work within a Product Delivery/Listing Team fused with Developer, Project manager and Customer Service. You will help the team list properties and ensure the details are accurate. This role is ideal if you are looking to segue your career into the Real Estate World.
- Be involved in every step of the property listing on our website.
- Work with our web developer, manager and customer service team to make sure properties are properly listed and vetted.
- Maintain quality of the property listing process and ensure that details are accurate.
- Upload and list properties from various real estate platforms in UK, US and Nigeria on our website.
- Optimize listings to increase sales conversion.
- Identify any problem with relevant listing channels
- Ensure to upload and list minimum of 100 properties weekly and 400 properties at the end of the month.
- Required to give minimum of 20 hours weekly to the work.
Skill & Experience
- Use of computer and internet.
- Product writing.
- Report writing.
- Good use of English and can speak fluently.
- You have some previous experience working in an agile environment.
